- I have the right the refuse any commission and terminate an on-going commission for any reason (including commissioner conduct).
- At least 50% of down-payment is required before commencement; the remaining balance must be paid before being sent the final
- if I am unable to finish a commission 50% of the payment will be refunded
- All commissions will be watermarked to prevent theft and wrongful claim. NO exceptions.
-An option to pay in full is applicable.
- Commissions terminated due to violating TOS will NOT be subjected to receiving a refund.
- I refuse any and all commissions that involve under-age characters or portrayals.
